Can anyone help, please, do you always have to chase pigsbacks for points? My OH bought 2 computers through Dell (£45 worth of points) and didnt get them so he emailed them and they said yes we'll put them on for you. I also put in a claim for Holiday Inn in the summer and had to chase that up and now I ordered from amazon in early November and still have not received points, so now Im gonna email them. Just seems daft that we always have to chase them up, never have they just put them on.
Do you all have this problem? They're always good with sending my vouchers out just getting points out of them.0 -

Just in case anyone's interested, I got the following reply from Lyn re the sudoku puzzle. Maybe it'll become same as crossword in the future?
"I have followed up on this issue for you and I am afraid we are currently not able to award PiggyPoints for Sudoku, however we do hope to in the future.
This has been removed from the website and I hope you will accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

some people have to chase them up for everything me ive never had to chase them up as all my points have been put on when they say they will.. holiday inn ones ive used loads of times and never had to chase them up, but no harm in chasing them if you dont get them.. whats more annoying for some is the tracking on pigsback when they say your not on the file when you know you have gone through pigsback thats when others have got annoyed..

I e mailed to ask where my Boots vouchers were from the 11th December but worded the mail slightly differently and said that I realised they went out of stock as soon as I ordered them but when would they be back in stock.
I got a reply this morning to say that yes, they were out of stock hence the delay and that they should be back in stock and dispatched towards the end of this week, we shall have to wait and see but at least I didn't get that waffle about checking at the sorting office etc.0 -
