stupid question.
my bday is next month.
how do i inform PB and get my bday pts ?
tia
Hi
I got my points automatically last year and my birthday is coming up on the 15th this month so i've just sent them an email today to Amy at customer services (dunno why i got her now as i always used to be dealt with by Rachel). the only reason i sent them a reminder was because i've seen lots of people on here who haven't got their points automatically and have then had to chase em up!
just pop em a quick reminder email close to your birthday0 -
just recived this about my vouceher from 7/12
Hi ,
Thanks for your email. I'm sorry to hear that. Your Arcadia vouchers would have been posted within a week. Your Boots vouchers were either posted then, or will be posted early next week when we receive fresh stock. Please confirm your postal address and I'll check this further.
Kind regards,
Karl

Pigsback site is all wierd tonight - they have a section called NIjobs.com - I am looking for a new job but when I click on the link I just get a message telling me that I do not qualify to look at the page. How odd.0

Yay Zubka points!!! Finally!
After about 3 months
Can claim another voucher nowJust need to wait for John Lewis so my post saying trying to earn 20 points by the time they were back in stock would be a struggle is obsolete!!
Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
NIjobs.com
They seem to have a section for Northern Ireland, I think.
Wonder if that is what the "NI" stands for?
There are people winning competitions from Northern Ireland but you try and find the comp that they won, I did try and failed.
EDITED:
That was a good guess0 -
Hi,
Has anyone else had any problems with pigsback tonight. When I first logged on I correctly had over 2,000 pp but now I have just 107. My piggybank is empty not even showing the click through points I clicked on a bit earlier - so I have no way of seeing where these points have gone. The only thing I have done is sign up for the Virgin broucher and had a look at the rewards to see if any JL vouchers are in stock. I have def not ordered anything else.
I am hoping this is a technical glitch. Have e:mailed pigsback but will not get a reply until next week now.
I have also logged on/off to see if that sorts it, but sadly not. Any ideas or anyone else in the same boat?0 -
Ok, have had a reply, from Pigsback, regarding being charged £5 for text, from isingles, they are investigating the matter, and have credited my account, with 500 points.
Sorry, forgot to thank Britbrat for advice!!Many thanks!!
I emailled them Pigsback about this on Tuesday when it happened to me. I was absolutely fuming  (in fact that is an understatement) I got this reply from Pigsback yesterday
Hi
Thanks for your mail.
Please accept my sincerest apologies for this. I have credited your
account with 500 PiggyPoints for the amount spent on this. Please be
advised that this offer has now been taken down and I have informed the
account manager of this.
Again apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any further queries.
Kind Regards,
Amy
I also emailled iSingles and they said Membership activation costs are £5 for two weeks. I'm still upset about it that I froze my account and shalln't be using it incase there are any other hidden costs. I felt so tricked, especially because the link I clicked on isingles was "JOIN FOR FREE". Thankfully they don't have any of my bank details! Not a nice start to 2008. I hope if you got charged £5 activation fee that you are successful at getting 500 pigsback points credited.0 -

If they are out of stock then they don't show, but they always come back. I think they had a rush on over Christmas. I ordered my John Lewis vouchers on the 14th Dec and they arrived today - 3 weeks!0
