You can also use the "contact us" button at the bottom of the home page on Pigsback. That's what I usually use and they do get back to you. Hope you get the birthday points soon

I didn't get my birthday points for 21st December either - I e-mailed and this is the response I got - although I don't really understand it!

For a time members were able to subscribe to the newsletter without actually entering the full date of birth which obviously meant we could not earn PiggyPoints.
However any members in 2007 who subscribed to this and didn't receive PiggyPoints will have them issued in 2008 once we have the issues with the birthday email resolved.

Hi I got a similar email, but it said I had only entered my year of birth and not the date. As if! It then went on to say there were technical issues when the site was updated. I was promised the points in 2 weeks' time and when those didn't arrive, I just forwarded Rachel's email saying when the points would be awarded. I got them immediately and an apology from Rachel.

So it does pay to chase them up and forward emails. So be sure to keep all emails from them.

Others got caught too, not me as I never put any number in but was more luck than judgement.
