Does anyone know if this offer has been removed/moved? A friend of mine has just tried to book a ticket and it's disappeared! :eek: I'm sure it was due to expire in Feb, not Jan. It was such a good offer!

I ordered £20 boots vouchers on 9th Dec... emailed them...got this reply...

Thanks for your email. Your reward was processed on the 11th of December and sent within 3 working days.

All mail sent from Pigsback.com is stamped with our return address; which means if any post is not delivered, Royal Mail will generally return it to us within 3/4weeks. To date we have not received any mail which was sent to you, back from Royal Mail.

I would recommend that you contact your local post office/collection point to enquire after your reward(s).
In the meantime, should your reward be returned to us, you will be contacted by Pigsback.com immediately.

Hmmmmmmmm.... but why so many of us still waiting??

I ordered £50 of John Lewis vouchers mid December - I have to say that I ordered them in 5 lots of £10 just incase some went missing and they arrived this morning recorded delivery all in one envelope.

no snow here but VERY cold!!!

I don't reckon Pigsback have posted them - the Boots ones are out of stock at the mo on the website, so instead of just saying "they were out of stock sorry" they make up porky pies!

It disappeared for a day a couple of weeks back, but it was back the next day. Just keep checking - it did say expires in Feb.

I had to allow 14 days after my boots voucher was sent on the 6th dec after I emailed about it .
It did arrive by the 20th thats the longest I have waited usually I have them within 2 or 3 days.

I sent an email to pb as I was wondering when the x-factor points for guessing the manager left correct was being credited, got a reply from amy, who said the points would be credited as some point this week, so for all those still waiting just have a little more patience
