Also chased up my b/day points but was told that they would be credited in early 2008. Anyone got Zubka points yet? I'm still waiting for mine.

Just want to reassure people waiting for John Lewis vouchers. I ordered £20 worth on 4th December and have only received them today (postmarked 2nd
January) Hopefully you'll get yours in the next few days

I thought the 5 points per £1 was just for wine orders - thats what it says on the site. There are 3 offers - the 500 on first groceries order, 75 pts for Fashionfile, and 5 points per pound on wine orders.

Still waiting for about 1000 points for a Boots order start of Dec - says takes 30 days - how long past that am I best to wait b4 chasing up?

I'd start soon, when you contact them in first it's best to give them all the details such as the date you ordered and the amount as this means they just ask for the order confirmation email immediately instead of putting it off by asking silly questions!

Ours did this as well first thing this morning, then half an hour later the points were all back in and correct again ??!!
