Hi there, I placed an order on 15th November and had my points credited on 18th December. I didn't have to chase them up.

The Boots page on PB says

Your PiggyPoints will be credited within one month
of your purchase.

but the T&C say

Please allow six weeks for your PiggyPoints to be credited

Good luck. I stopped in November, sent off the invoice immediately - Emailed pigsback, and they said they never received it. Offered my credit card bill etc to prove purchase, but they said unless I have the invoice I would not get points. I don't have it - I sent it to them!!!

Will not use pigsback again.

I ordered boots vouchers on the 10th december and they've not turned up yet

I received £40 worth of Arcadia vouchers on 16 Dec and they arrived today (recorded delivery) WOO HOO! Thanks all!!

Also booked a train ticket on 31 Dec and the points were credited on 1 Jan

(sshhh, seems to be going smoothly here...) xxx

i ordered £30 arcadia & £20 Boots 7th Dec
not arrived yet, but wife ordered £20 boots 9th Ded they came a few days later.........

I emailed PB yetsreday no answer yet
