Evicting a Tenant

The bond was 3 months rent paid by a guarantor.
As she owes me more than that in rent, would there be any problems in me getting it back from the DPS?

Irrelevant who paid it, a premium tenancy may be created if the deposit exceeds 2 months:

This doesn't affect the DPS, but it may mean that the tenancy was unlawfully ended. (which could cost a lot!)0 -

When you say cost a lot, where would those costs come from? Do you mean if the tenant refuses for the release of the Deposit?
Or what exactly does it refer to please?0
