The JL voucher I ordered on the 26th Sept still hasn't arrived. PB say they sent it on the 29th Sept. Do I now presume it has been lost/stolen? Any advice what I do next? I presume PB won't issue another voucher.

They look different since the site was re-vamped (or upgraded as they call it ). If you look at the first page of this thread you will see an example of what they now look like...... you get a little 10 points sign underneath the box, instead of it being boardered in pinky-purple.
