I have ordered some goodies for my chap via Mankind through Pigsback - I think I spent around £15 - I wonder when I'll get my points? Does anyone know how long it takes Pigsback to credit points when you have shopped from their webpage?

By signing up to various free things - I have already scored 315 points woo hoo.

I got 196 pts too! no idea why or how - I don't buy from Next and didn't order their catalogue either.

I e-mailed to ask why and reminded them about my overdue hotel points and have had a confused / confusing e-mail back, but no mention of the extra points.
BTW I am really sorry I booked my hotels through PB now, I was silly enough to think 2 x 1000 pts was worth it!

    Hi ,

You appear to have registered for Plum offers in January this year.

I have looked into this for you and I can confirm we have received the updated files from Honda and Lipobind. These file confirms members who have successfully completed the survey via Pigsback.com. I am afraid your details were not included in this file, therefore we are unable to approve PiggyPoint crediting.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused, and if you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Thanks for your e-mail,

    Kind Regards,
    Rachel

I have had some trouble with pigsback once I am there - I cannot access the Avon thing for love nor money so have had to buy direct and missed out on points. Their link to Mankind didn't work either as it came up with a spurious and totally unconnected webpage. Still, I am getting points.

The Lovefilms offer is awkward as you sign up for a 2 week free trial (2 films) and yet you have to rent 10 films - I don't want 10, I want 2 - needless to say I have tried to cancel my trial before it even starts.

It varies depending on the shop; sometimes it only takes a few days, but allow a month to six weeks. Pigsback always used to state how long you would have to wait for points, but the information seems to have been removed now.

    Hope that helps.:o

have just ordered from Office and was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes for PB to credit the points? For some reason some of the links take you to a second page telling you how long it takes with the points and some just take you direct to the site which is not helpful!

I ordered from Office at the start of the month, I received my points within 3 days.
