I have just entered all the daily comps through the links and they all said correct you are entered in the draw. I thought I may have missed one so went back in and none of them were showing as having been entered. I have redone them not via the links and they seem now to be OK. How strange.

Think I must've had a blip on my PB page today, I opened it up and still had £12.35 worth of points (didn't win...again :() and so decided to order a Boots voucher while they are up for grabs, refreshed the page and suddenly I had £28.65  so went to see what the extra points were for and it went back down to the original figure :(

    Got all excited then!

The exact same thing happenned to me yesterday!!! i thought i'd dreamt it!

I was at 860 points, and i went up to 2865 as well!!! then when i tried to log into my piggybank to see where they were from, it wouldn't recognise my password. I took a screen shot of the 2865 points.... but when i had confirmed my password by an email from PB, and refreshed then logged in i was back down to my normal amount.

I was worried that i'd scored some points and someone else had pinched my account as i couldn't get into my password, then when they were gone i panicked! Of course there were no points in or out in the statement so i guess it was a glitch.

I had just cleared my cookies and temp files? If that would be relevant?

Wierd or what!!! it must've been about 11-ish last night when it happenned to me!?
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

  • have just ordered from Office and was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes for PB to credit the points? For some reason some of the links take you to a second page telling you how long it takes with the points and some just take you direct to the site which is not helpful!
:D**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

How strange! I couldn't get into my password either. I almost requested a password reminder although I couldn't believe I could forget it as I'd only used it 5 minutes earlier! I really thought I was going mad!
