I'm on 967 points - after AGES - and it's my birthday on Wednesday. I know I gave them my birthday date when they first asked for it months ago - but do you think that I should email them and remind them in advance?? Would hate to miss out!

Just thought id ask....My mum ordered some stuff off Yves Rocher through my pigsback account..It says you get 400 piggypoint per purchase but it doesnt say how long it will take to reach my account.Has anyone ordered from them ...how long did it take to get your piggypoints Thanks

I was wondering if anyone else has had problems getting points from buying churchill car insurance?

I bought my insurance through pigsback and now they are saying that it was not a transaction that has been completed through them. I know i should of kept my confirmation email but i carn't find it. What i don't understand is that on the emails it doesn't actually say that it orginated via pigsback so why will they take it as proof?

Hi tallyhoh, Pigsback is genuine, speaking from my recent experience. I had problem with a delayed vouchers order. I emailed the customer service team and they have been very helpful and reply within a day. It turn out that my Pigback post got held up after arriving to my flat for many months.
It's worth to confirm the mailing address and no one else take it by mistake!
