Has anyone got their 4000 piggypoints for the powergen offer yet? And has anyone tried any of the insurance offers - i seem to be getting good quotes but that is making me think they might be too basic and alot of the insurance/bank account links aren't worrking for me - they take me to a still blank screen - has anyone else noticed this? I have sent them an email but thinking it may be just me. x

My OH has been waiting for his Powergen points for over six weeks now - he e-mailed Pigsback on Thursday last week - apparently Pigsback have not got the file back from Powergen yet.

Thank you for your reply! Hmmm. is a bit annoying as it says piggypoints will be credited withing 1 month - im sure it did! Oh well, i was just hopng to get points to have vouchers to help with my christmas shopping - never mind - i suppose its still not too late yet, and if they come after oh well then i'll just treat myself instead, lol! x

I did not receieve my very first £10 Boots Voucher so I emailed Pigsback 3 weeks later & Was told that it would be processed within 14 days. Today after not receiving it I emailed them again & they claim it was sent out to me 2 days after I requested it.
Now what is it to be? 14 days or 2 days? Why did they not say it had been sent out already when I emailed them the first time & why has the same thing happened to my friend?
Are Pigsback genuine?
