sometimes you can order them as they appear on the rewards but then they have to many people asking so they go out of stock but dont tell you this so your waiting for them to come back into stock.. sometimes they come as quickly as 3 days but can take up to 14 days.. Im still waiting for items that have been posted around the postal strike that are probably still in the system.... best thing to do with pigsback is give them 2 working weeks and then email them and enquire anything else they will just tell you to wait 2 weeks..
