Shafted by House of Fraser!

Options
I've ordered a designer T-shirt, a luxury scarf, and two higher-end make-up items from House of Fraser online.
Do I have an order confirmation? No
Do I have an estimated delivery date? No
Do I have a dispatch email? No
Do I have anything but the Paypal alert that I've dropped an absolute bomb on products from a company that most likely will not acknowledge or fulfill my order? Hell no.

I feel anxious and sick to my stomach. I wanted those items, I'm on benefits and save HARD for small luxuries especially around Christmastime. I've read up and apparently a lot of people are in the same boat since the takeover. And HoF aren't even refunding!
What do I do?

When I die, I will leave instructions for my ashes to be deposited right into Mike Ashley's eyes. He is a thieving crook driving a great British store into the ground. I made a Debenham's order yesterday morning and it went smoothly, item arrived today. But after two angry emails to customer service at HoF, absolutely nothing.

If you want your money back or your order sent, abandon ship. Abandon HoF like your life depends on it and stick to Debenham's!

You're not aware that Mike Ashley owns just under 30% shares in Debenhams?

As regards HOF, put in a paypal dispute to get your money back.

I avoid PayPal as much as possible.

Can you log in to your PayPal account, select the transaction and despite it?

There seems to be a 'I didn’t receive an item I purchased' option.

If you have your PP acknowledgement of payment, open an item not received dispute.

That wouldn't be nearly dramatic enough though would it? Ordered stuff from HoF, paid by PP, didn't receive order, raised INR dispute in PP, got my money back. :)
