Is this challenge quiet compared with past years? Where is everybody I wonder. Never mind the best ones are present and correct 😁😁.

Yes this thread is much quieter than in previous years, it has been hosted by someone else in the past; I'm getting married in May so I'm not in here as much as I usually am at the moment.
Has anyone bought anything yet for Christmas? I got a couple of rolls of wrapping paper in the January sales, but that's it so far!new challenge?£1 a day for Christmas 2024 £367 / £366 ~Got married 24/05/19 ~ Credit CardDFW Nerd #1155 ~LBM 25/2/09 ~ Debt at highest £8,037.35 ~ £00 -

I’ve never been known to buy presents before the beginning of December but sometimes I stock up on foody bits as i’ve noticed the offers put on early are never available nearer the time.
Good luck for the wedding!0 -

First update in April - proves I’m trying not to spend money! Anyway, I got a Morri’s voucher and should get a couple more, hopefully before their offer ends.

Totally surprised to get another £5 from M&S, I thought I’d had them all but not complaining. A couple of purchases for work via TCB and my new total is over the 40% threshold: :j
