Still waiting for compensation from Condor Airlines

We put in a claim with Condor for a cancelled flight from Skiathos to Munich in September. We requested the money for the return flights (as we had to make our own way back as our final destination was the UK) and compensation. It took weeks for them respond and they eventually after many emails they agreed to pay up. We were paid for the flights but not the compensation.
We have been trying to find out if this will be paid separately but so far they have not responded. Any advice on how we should proceed with this?

Flight was cancelled after we checked in due to technical issue,, we were left stranded at the airport. Can claim under EC 261/04 ruling.0
