    The manager was right, in the sense that getting rid of PITA customers quickly, especially during a busy and stressful sales day, probably helps everyone in the long run.

    Sorry OP, but yelling at shop assistants until you’re “blue in the face” is never right....even if you think that you are. (Which you weren’t!)
