Hi,
I have Plusnet standard fibre BB and paying £30pm which includes evening and weekend calls.
I have contacted Plusnet via webchat and they offered £23.99pm for standard fibre or £27.99 for fibre extra. Same offer which is available to new customers but £75 reward card not included.
The adviser will not match the deal including £75 reward card. He said take it or leave it.
I have looked at Sky fibre Max £27pm + TCB. It included unlimited calls. 18 months contract.
I have been with Plusnet for number of years now just a few customers on how to move,
Do I need to notice to plusnet?
A while back there was a MAC code to be obtained from previous supplier is that still the case?
and how long it takes for the change over?
Thanks

What ever you do, don't tell Plusnet you are leaving UNLESS you are going to Virgin or a total FTTP provider. Which it sounds like you aren't as you are looking at ADSL or FTTC broadband only.
There is no PAC or need to tell the current provider you are leaving. When you sign up to another ISP for ADSL or FTTC, they will ensure that Plusnet get notified that you are leaving. Telling Plusnet could cause you issues with the transfer.0
