EE Contract

Hi all,

I'm on an EE contract and it is about £45 a month and I get 10GB of data. I tend to run out of data and have to top up for roughly £10 every month.

I have about 5 months left on my 24 month contract.

Would I be able to increase the amount of data midway through the contract?

If I wanted to end the contract, would I just pay 5 months line rental in advance?

Just asking in case anyone has any experience before I pop into a store tomorrow.

Thanks.

Speak to EE, they’ll usually allow you to change to a more expensive plan at any time.

Yes, I think there’s a small discount for early termination.

Rather ring 150 first and ask (choose the thinking of leaving option), they are less likely to lie or do something not in your interest, in store their first aim will be to sell you a new contract and it might not be in your best interest (you could up your data for the 5 months and then go on sim only, not get stuck in another 24 month minimum term contract).
