I was talking about old second hand decoders being sold on Gumtree by strangers
This is the part I find paranoid. And you will be forced to upgrade by Sky, if/when your box fails, and you will not accept second hand goods - Sky will say 'Q' or leave.0 -
If it's the same as I have you are not quite right - and it may be of significance.
I've never had films or sports channels, but I get SKY F1 HD because I was one of the original HD Subscribers at £10 a month on top of the family pack - and SKYF1 HD came free with that, and still does for me.
Same here - I pay £33 for entertainment + F1 - going up by £3 in February
Just been offered an unbeatable FREE Sport package - which will force me off the legacy package - if I accept it !

That is an incredible deal, I was paying £64.50 per month for Sky Cinema Package, Entertainment Pack for the documentaries, HD pack and Sky Sports F1, I have never had the Sports Channels as I only watch F1. I removed the Cinema pack that took me down to £46.50 then they added on £12 per month for 18 months for the 2TB box and UHD, so it brought me back to £58.50 per month. I'm not sure what happens after 18 months though.
I'm also a Diamond VIP member been with them since 1990 so 28yrs!0 -

I was offered the full HD package at £45
Maybe that's not so bad then ?0 -
