That’s not a genuine global/international version as it has no band 20 800MHz, you’ll have only very limited 4G service on both Vodafone and o2 (and any of the MVNO’s like Giffgaff, Tesco etc) as their primary carrier is band 20.====0 -
My experience with Moto phones recently (made by Lenovo), is that their Customer Service post sales leaves a lot to be desired.0

d123 that would not be a problem as im on 3, have used O2 in the past and couldn't wait for my contract to end.
pmduk Ive had a moto g4 and g5 both Lenovo phones and had no probs.
Has anyone actually bought one and can advise?0 -

Regardless of your issues with O2 in the past buying a phone for the UK without band 20 (800MHz) is IMHO a mistake. It will heavily influence any sell on amount for starters. Look for a Global/UK version.0 -

As I already said I know about it not being a UK phone and thats not a problem.
As for selling it on whats a £160 phone worth after 2 years. Ive never sold an old phone yet, I usually give them away or to charity shops0 -

You do realise that 3 also has some band 20 spectrum? Not available for all phones to use at present but likely to change as it evolves.
Buying a non-band 20 phone to use in the UK is a pretty stupid idea, there are plenty of options around the price that include it.====0 -
I wonder what an apple s6 is spammer.0

Notoriously Lenovo Android Devices has been really bad for software support. Sometime they don't offer any single OS upgrade. If you intend to use your smartphone more than 1 year (or 2?) Better avoid ANY Lenovo Smartphone.0
