having problems with asus laptop on windows 7
the click keys below the touchpad are not working, i have to press on centre of touchpad to select, that is the only way it will work.
have trawled the web for solutions, but not been successful.
if anyone has had similar problem, would be grateful to know how you fixed it
thanks
i have to use up/down arrow keys to scroll, or continuously tap centre of key pad, due to the keys not working

Go to device manager, and select mouse and pointers, select the touchpad, select update the driver and browse my computer, and select where you downloaded the new driver
Edit: you can find device manager by searching in the search box on the task bar or right click on the windows icon there (but I realise you can't right click of couse you could plug in a usb mouse if you have one)4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . You can normally tap the touch pad just above the buttons for the same effect as using the buttons.
Has the touch pad been switched off? Not sure about your pc but often controlled by one of the f buttons.0 -

I have tried this but I get pop up stating I have best drivers
However I did not get option of select touchpad just ps2 mouse which I select edit
Anyway I had to restart laptop but it didn't work.
The touchpad is working it's the two buttons below touchpad which don't work
I have tried all the F keys but no luckNice to save.0 -
