    Tightrs,

I don't think you have read many of Cardew's posts then which are very informatative.

I guess it's the old email issue though - sometimes it sounds harsh when it wasn't typed that way.

I don't think referring to a post with poor punctuation in it (I know I'm also guilty with my speed typing!!!) makes you a racist.

And as Cardew has left, I'll be presumptuous and explain that he was referring to your use of English Grammar and nothing to do with race. He will no doubt reply quite aggressively to your last insulting post when he returns, as I would too.

I was not so much alluding to your poor spelling, grammar and punctuation, but your inability to read, or at least understand, previous posts in this thread.

As I am 6’ 5”(1.96m) tall you might deduce which of your four observations you got partially correct. A clue for you is that men are normally bigger than females, and I will concede that I am either working or retired.

From the paragraph above, assuming you had a maths teacher, you will be able to work out you got three observations completely wrong. That score is no doubt far better than you normally achieve so you should be very satisfied.

Finally your comment on racism is just pathetic and is as constructive as the rest of your contributions to this thread.

That is my last comment in this vein on the thread.

i have read many of his posts and find his condescending nature a bit grating at times.

you really do have a chip on your shoulder dont you , i dont believe your claims but hiding behind a computer you can be anyone you aspire to be.

Sorry Tightrs, I've read many of Cardew's and I think we will have to agree to disagree. There are lots of informative ones.

I'm sure the OP & Newlywed would love to hear your comments on their actual issues in the posts though.

I use Econ 7 and only heat water over night.

Just curious, how long do you heat the water for over the night?

Is it say for only an hour in the last hour of economy 7? (e.g. 6am-7am?)... or is it better to heat it for longer/to a higher temperature, as this morning burst will have to make it till the evening?
