I'm not being critical of the fact that you have other commitments, simply suggesting that at this time it may not be good for either party for you to take on appointee responsibilities.
It's ok I didn't think you were being critical. I do see what you're saying and I somewhat do agree, however there aren't really many other people who would be able or willing to take on the responsibility. We could keep it as it is but it can be a bit of a pain as I described earlier. I shall speak to social work in the new year.0
