Got one in my change last night at the chip shop so that's been safely potted. Now up to £148 :j:j

Two plain coins over the weekend.
Five coins today. Bought something for £1.50. Was going to pay with two x one pound coins then thought that I could pay with a £10 nite and possibly get a two pound coin back. To my amazement I received four in my change.

April’s total is 70 coins :j, my son brought over 35 for me last night
I’ve gained a few extra myself this month from taking part in a quiz night & a sunset stride walk ( very windy & wet, no sunset in sight :rotfl: ) around Pitsford reservoir (both in aid of Cynthia Spencer Hospice). Always nice to swap for those £2 coins when you can. All the coins bar one were plain, the other had a shield on it.
My target for 2019 was £200,... well I’m already at £246 I do believe :T :beer:

Wow! What a haul you have gained in April. I also find quizzes a good place to bag lots of £2 coins.
Hubby came home with five coins yesterday / today. Yay! Into my pot they go.

Banked £260 worth of £2 coins today. Still a few left in my it.
Hubby bought two £2 coins home today, which have gone into my pot.
