Change the channel, they often have 3.0 -
I liked our old Byron one (it had "sensible" ring tones) but the button was a "hard click" push but had an initial soft give. So people would think they'd pushed the button when they hadn't.
I tried a couple of the newer ones. They come with 52 ringtones, two of which are "sensible" (but none that I liked) and 50 novelty ones that you'd hardly ever use.0 -
I've two of these in my house (due to the layout) https://www.amazon.co.uk/Friedland-Libra-D911S-Wireless-Button/dp/B0014DXGOY/ref=sr_1_97_sspa?s=diy&ie=UTF8&qid=1545743541&sr=1-97-spons&keywords=doorbell&psc=1
Had them five years and yet to replace the batteries. Good and loud, sensible ding-dong, works everytime. My dad has an el-cheapo and the batteries are forever running out in either the sounder or the bell-press, or it just doesn't register being pressed.
