I've accepted a role in a neighbouring trust.... I'll be doing 2 days NHS and 1 day private work. They've put me at a nice point on the pay banding and an outer london pay uplift. The private day pay's an extra 40%. Overall, I'll be earning 35% extra and I can choose my hours, breaks are scheduled etc... looks really promising.

So pleased for you. It sounds as though you've fell on your feet.
I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy4
