I had to ring them twice today to register for my free vouchers for refer a friend, both times they answered on exactly 6 minutes and 2 seconds, that is one hell of a coincidence.

This really does beggar belief how can any company afford to treat its customers like this? Surely Sky is making enough money to be able to afford not to charge its customers and prospective customers 8p a minute to talk to them. If your making the effort to contact them it shouldn’t make any difference what number you call them on, many companies are even prepared to pay for your calls by providing 0800 numbers. Sky must be making a hell of a lot of money from this, obviously enough to risk losing or upsetting the occasional customer.
