In answer to your reply, I have spent a really long time trying to get the issue resolved, you have absolutely no idea how much stress this has caused me and my family, I simply haven't had the time until now to pursue the matter further, moving house 140 miles and all.

What if I wanted to chase the I.P, he's not ceased trading....

You do realise that this is a public forum so anyone can post. No one here is paid to post and give advice on this forum that's what makes it irritating when people post asking for the same advice over and over again and then ignore it.

Over and over again and then ignore it? Get on the bus and don't get off. And there we get to the problem, some clown spends all day sitting on a forum to bless the public with their opinions then gets annoyed when someone doesn't read SOMEONE ELSE'S reply!!! You don't have to reply do you? but you just couldn't resist could you? Sue yourself for being an absolute flannel, and take a break from opinion giving, it might do you some good.

If you wanted to sue the IP then you are free to do so.

You would have to take him to court and it would probably cost you a great deal of money.

Your only other option is to lodge an official complaint against him, information about that here :
