Unless you have a car that's over 40 years old, then it's not irresponsible, apparently ;)

When driving the Imp, which only has an interior mirror, I just look over my shoulder when changing lanes or pulling out. I often do that as confirmation when driving my newer vehicles as well.
I had sporty dome mirrors near the front of the bonnet - not really much further away than a door mirror :o

Some kind person has knocked my drivers wing mirror off and it's not salveagable. Unable to get the garage to fit a new one till the start of January. (Can't wait till find a suitable replacement from eBay or breakers yard and wouldn't get it this side of Xmas anyway.)

Although I'm not keen on driving mirrorless anyway so will be avoiding doing so it set me wondering whether it was lawful carry on driving or whether I might get pulled over if spotted?

You do break the law then when driving on the road. Hypocrite.

Wrong person. Your debate about driving was with someone else, not me. If you're going to stalk, try doing it properly.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

You still chose to join in though.

I made no comments at all about the driving scenario you posted other than to suggest you brought the discussion over here.
However as you have told us how emotionally fragile you are I will not be replying to any more of your posts.
