Hi, I recently made a post regarding a removal of a default from my account, earlier than it should of been, because the company has agreed to this ( I no longer owe money to them , therefore it's not impacting them, they agreed to get it removed, which will update within 28 days) My question is, Is there a way to get more…

I complained to three as I wanted to clear the balance but the account was frozen in their system.

Raised with the ombudsman and as soon as I did that they agreed to wipe the accounts entirely including the credit records
