    I did my first US item today and it was very straightforward on click and drop. They had already completed all the info and I just had to click and confirm it was correct and that was it. Added my own CN22 as usual.

    It's worth having the setting for producing the CN22 turned on to begin with to make sure all the info is there.

    are fairly straight forward but unless you have products set up within C&D I don't see how they can automatically complete the HS code and country of origin (which appear in the box headed "For commercial items only") which should appear for example as:

    12345678, GBR

    The numbers are the HS code and GBR is the UK for country of origin.
