    Fourth Anniversary
Hopefully will have enough saved from my wage at the end of march to deposit the maximum £1000 into the first time buyers ISA I plan to set up. Then it's on to paying off the credit card
£250 a month for 8 months and I'm debt free.

March has been a big month for me!

I got my bonus at work so was able to completely clear the Santander credit card.

I also moved to Sweden yesterday because I wanted to carry on living in the EU. Who knows what will happen but I'm hoping my Swedish salary will help shift the debt quicker, especially if the pound weakens.

I've also made payments to the other two cards - one has a 0% deal expiring in July but I should be able to clear the remainder in full then.

    #173 Paid £1,057.89 = £1,476.13 / £5,800

At a glance I am doing better than that because the bonus payment also cleared my £2,000 overdraft, but I'm holding fire on taking that off the debt until I'm sure I won't need to use it any more. My spreadsheet suggests my cash will exceed my debt by June!

  • I got a £10 off ebay voucher so bought a massive 1kg milled flax seed and chai seed mix for our morning smoothies. £10.99, so cost me 99p I think it was a wise spend, as it was on our must have shopping list for the month.

I'm recording it as 10.99/100 Shopping budget and sending £10 to the debt...

10/47.14 of the missing amount I need to be debt free by next payday found!

£1235.04 paid off this month, bringing overall total down to 34414.81 and my catalogue account cleared this month whoop whoop!!

Leaves 2 credit cards on 0%, 2 cars on finance and a loan!
My aim - one card clear by May, other one by November, to pay an extra £1000 off my loan as its a horrid APR and my credit rating isn't good enough yet to do anything about!

Keep going everyone we can achieve all our goals!!:T:j
