Only managed a £20 over-payment this month. The next two months will probably be similar with lots of events and a week's holiday. Never mind, I have to have some treats to look forward to and I have spending money stashed away. Standard payment goes out on Monday and then I'll be over £2000 paid. Can't wait to update that figure

How do I go about joining?
Welcome you are number 197. If you have not already done so, just say how much you want to pay off this year and post when you make a payment or update once a month what ever is best for you.

    Hello everyone!

Please can I join this challenge?

I have £57,460.88 total debt at the moment from some large purchases and house renovations.

Aiming to have this down to £30,000 by the end of this year so my goal is to clear £27,460.88 by Xmas 19 and the remainder in 2020.

I have taken on a second job to pay for the house work that was needed, so not overly worried about debt level but keen to get rid of it asap.

I generally make additional weekly payments on top of the monthly DD's. I also move things round to save on interest where I can so my balance reduction will come from a combination of these, living frugally and trying to stop DH from spending.

I need to pay around £3,500 off a month to meet my target.
    Welcome you are number 198

I have £3420.00 that I would like to clear by Xmas, I would also like to have 1k in savings for an emergency fund. I don’t know if I can do it but am gunner try!

Makes me feel sad seeing this owed, so no holidays this year until am back in the green, OH started a new job so this should help with clearing this.

So far have paid off £380.99 leaving £3039.01 to pay and saved £400 yay.

Please note these are interest free debts so I am not concerned with using my savings to clear them.
Welcome you are number 200 and 201. I have put your debt as 200 and savings as 201
