Thanks for a helpful reply.I am lost on this site and I cant find the newbies thread and post number 2 where ever that may be. I will take the letter to the CAB to get them to explain it to me and get advice on what to do. The Bear aren't interested as I called them and they have recently changed hands so want nothing to do with it0

Don't bother with the CAB, they are useless for this scam.
Go to your local press then about this pub, let them expose what's going on. Also Tripadvisor, Facebook, Twitter all bring results0 -
