Hi all,
I had been with economy energy for a year and left to a different supplier.
I received my final bill on 03/12/18 that showed I am £378 in credit.
On 04/12/2018 I received a voice message saying that the money has been refunded.
On 13/12 I phoned them to say I have not yet received the refund and they said they have not yet looked at it.
Today still not received the money.
Do I continue to wait, go to the bank or phone them again?
Thank you

That's quite a large credit balance, especially when I see in May you were £106 in debit, and so you agreed to increase your monthly payment to £65 pm to cover the ongoing usage and the accrued debit balance.
