Insure and Go refusal, be warned!

Insure and Go declined to cover her medical bills as the accident occurred as a result of “reckless behaviour”.
Ok she jumped in to a pool, but to class that as 'reckless and use it as an excuse not to pay is pretty despicable.

So, I'm guessing from the photos and write up that this was a pool in a river and not a swimming pool. In that case I understand the reckless claim.
DIVING into a pool of unknown depth ranks pretty high on the reckless scale.0 -

Poor girl, but,
report suggests she ‘dived’ rather than jumped into the pool and ignored depth/pool signs (a no diving sign and depth markings likely). Also that they have reviewed CCTV footage which may suggest the comment about recklessness.0 -

It is hidden under the words Insure and Go in the opening paragraph. It’s not clear, I missed it at first as well.0 -
