No-one run two threads without mentioning racism in the first post. Unless it's a last ditch attempt to play the trump card. (not that trump!).


Sorry but there is no evidence this is related to your nationality at all. You don't understand the law in this country; it's clearly different to the law in your home country - and you think that's unfair.

It’s very possible, with your problems with the language and culture that you are getting the wrong end of the stick.

The gaffers have an inkling that you are swinging the lead, taking the proverbial, and seem to have had it up to the back teeth.

At this point they’ve a right hump, and would be chuffed to bits if you slung your hook, and just did one.

English is filled with colloquialisms, people speak in idiom, and we can tend to have some quite ingrained customs and practices. One of which is that if them upstairs reckon you’re having a giraffe at their expense they’ll not be backwards in coming forwards when calling you out on it.

No, i never raised it and i will never will, only when my foreign wife joined me, one of manager staf told me that now muslims will
fu!k my wife and i will have black babies, i went to senior manager, and reported it, i could not wright a grievance because only his friends were around and were laughing, and senior manager asked me what i want him to do, i asked him to speak with that man, where he said this only will brim more complications to me....
