Is this correct? Being banned from Watch, I can no longer run the videos, so wasn't aware there was a cap. If so, I'm not losing as many sbs as I thought.

The 15 videos for 1SB is just for the Editor's Pick playlist. The other playlists are still 15 videos for 2SB and 22 videos for 3SB - for now.

No, there isn't a 14SB daily cap on the Watch videos.

Not tried, sorry. I'm surprised I got the last one brcause the little red symbol had been missing on the previous few.
