Swagbucking into 2019... Nearly ;)

I just got credited with 1500SB for "Other: £10 Bonus with first purchase via Swagbucks Shopping" - but I haven't made any purchase, as far as I can recall! So that was a nice surprise.

I've just signed up to Swag but nearly every survey I'm signing up for either crashes, doesn't pay out or halfway through it turns out I'm ineligible. I get a bonus sometimes if I'm ineligible but after a few that stops. Is there a way to report this back to Swag so I get more surveys that actually work?

Also does anyone have any tips on the best ways to use the app? The videos seem to have a very low payout for the amount of effort and I can't get anything for the Discover surveys/games I've been entering.

Any thoughts?

Same happened to me. I managed to obtain 2k points and was eligible for a voucher. Next time I logged in I was deactivated. I was not using a VPN so that can't be a reason.

Are there any other recent MSE sign-ups that have experienced similar?

Well swagbucks seem to be having problems at the moment, however what your describing sounds like a normal swagbucks experience, it pays very little and the whole survey system is frustrating and unfair. The only way to do surveys is to keep trying until you get one your eligible for. If it works correctly there are are 5 swagbucks available per day for disqualifications, otherwise nothing. Also some 'surveys' are actually portals where separate partner survey companies put us through survey after survey until they find one we fit and don't give a DQ (1 sb, or swagbuck) when they fail.
Apps pay a maximum of 34sb a day from 6 apps unless there are lots of ads that they need watching, in which case there will be bonus rounds.
1sb is actually equivalent to 1 cent on the American part of the site but we don't even get that that thanks to the way the handle cashing out.
Watch videos do pay a pittance.
https://help.swagbucks.com/hc/en-us/requests/new? will allow you to submit a new ticket about survey, the first response you get for each request will be automated, annoying and needs to be replied to to get an human response. It looks like they may be receiving many requests at the moment, so the system is probably overloaded.

If you want to persist, I'm sure we'll be able to come up with more specific help

Does anyone know how to get in contact with MSE so that we can tell them that things are not going well, it's not a good time to be getting more users to sign up and ask could they get in touch with Swagbucks directly to help new users and others getting their accounts de-activated?

i believe they must be receiving a lot of fraudulent activity in terms of people trying to fraud surveys etc - or maybe they're deliberately doing it as many users wont actually bother doing anything about it!

Sadly after months at a handy 10 SB a day they dropped it to 2 SB on 9/01 and the reduced payments are now at the payment stage (always did for 10 but rarely bother now it's for 2)
