My To Do List hasn't reset itself today, though I'm not sure there's much I can do about it.
I was on the winning team in the Team Challenge, no Swagup as yet.
I have been unable to watch videos and ads through Engageme tv or Smores for quite some time. I''ve contacted Engageme and they said there was nothing they could do, I have the error message 3835. Has anyone had this problem and managed to put things right? I'd be grateful for some help, as sometimes these videos and ads run quite well.

I should think it's part of their new tougher regime Once the window had to be always on top to play, gave up using it.

I sometimes have a message that it's felt that a lot of traffic has come from my area, so I have to verify I'm not a robot. Maybe this might be behind the problem I'm having?

To do list: delete cookies and restart the device comes to mind. Have you checked your bonuses under activities, they might be there already.
I checked the bonuses, but they weren't there.
I deleted cookies and the To Do List was reset, but it won't tick the Daily Poll, as I'd already completed it. At least I may remember to do this, if it happens again.Although I'd still be in the same position because I tend to do the Daily Poll first.

So earlier I mentioned that I got what was a bot reply when I asked on facebook about the swagups. I also added a question about the absent spin wins following their auto reply, using a bit of wishful thinking that it might work like the tickets do, and I got this reply:
'Hi, I'm sorry for the inconvenience but I don't have access to that part of the system. Please go ahead and send a ticket through the Help Center and a customer service agent will be able to look into this for you: https://help.swagbucks.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Have a good day!'
Whilst it doesn't really get us any further, I thought it was really nice of someone to make the effort
