I had problems running the videos, but after reading your post I paid more attention. It was painful trying to complete the 10 videos and it hung up lots of times. I actually meant crediting the SB today, I cashed in a 12sb and 1sb today but not been added to my total or ticked the Discover box

I’ve just cashed a 2SB after reading your post and I’ve been credited, my discover box was already ticked off this morning from the 1sb Panda offer that is in the most recent offers section.

I had this yesterday. It gave a popup which said it detected a new reward account and did I want to add it. I clicked no. Later when I had the points to cash out I did but then saw my Discover line wasn't marked as completed on To Do.

Long story short, after some investigation I cleared my cookies to try and get the message again. When it came up I clicked yes and when I checked the number against my Swagbucks account it was the same number but with letters added at the start.

I think Hideout have had some sort of update and you need to update your account to make it actually credit you. Irritating but was solved fairly quickly for me, at least. Others might find that deleting and then adding Swagbucks has the same effect.

I have just tried this now with Hideout, I deleted Swagbucks, but now I cant reconnect as its not one of the options. Ihave also looked for Offerwall or something else I recognise, any ideas anyone?

Try clearing your cookies and cache, then go back to Hideout via Swagbucks and log in. It should detect the Swagbucks account then. If it doesn't you may need to raise a ticket with Hideout support.
