Yesterday i had to put in a ticket for a non crediting survey. I got the points added. Today I have had to the same. This was for one on charities. They're surveyrouter ones from the homepage for 70SBs. :mad:

Over the last couple of months, I've always had to put a ticket in for homepage surveys not crediting. I do them as a last resort - usually on a Sunday. However, the Help team always credit them the same day

As I have the Home page sorted, so that Surveys should be at the top, I didn't think to scroll down to check!! :doh:

Anyone else having problems opening Discover - AdGatemedia - Slideshow of the Day? Chrome and Firefox browsers say it's unsafe and won't let me go further.
I've been completing it daily for the Team points with no problems.
