Hi I'm aware there is a introduction to Swagbucks thread but I can't find my answer on there and was wondering if anyone can help me...
I have requested a PIN for verification and still haven't received it to redeem my points. I tried to get the code sent to me by text message and it didn't work so I submitted the request to have my PIN sent to me by post which I have made sure my correct address is on my account. It has been over 3 weeks and I have not received it. I have contacted Swagbucks 3 times by using their contact form and they have not replied....
I have tried to get another PIN sent to me and the message comes up with

Which I have not received so I cannot request another one

Did you use the international code +44 then the mobile number without the leading 0?

Yes I did put my number in correctly after the +44 and dropped the 0 before putting my mobile number in. I just thought the postcard would have arrived by now0
