Do that at the WS and Exhibits stage0

Is this sufficient? To whom it may concern,
Due to not receiving a copy of the amended POC I wish to use my original Defence which I have given once more, with that said. If I had been given the opportunity to review the amended Defence my current decision may have altered.
Sincerely,0 -
There is no "amended defence" , because your decision is not to amend it
You are writing to a judge, so get your words right
If you had seen an amended POC from an amended claim, you may have amended your defence accordingly

Possibly the OP meant to say this: -To whom it may concern,
Due to not receiving a copy of the amended Particulars of Claim (POC) I will use my original Defence, which I have submitted once more. However, if I had been given the opportunity to review the amended POC I might have been in a position to submit an amended defence.

To whom it may concern??
You know who you are writing to.
Formal letters start Dear Sir, and end Yours faithfully.0 -
Looks like they're going ahead with the court date. I was hoping they wouldn't pay the court fee and it be struck out. That's not the case they have paid it and are proceeding.0

Have you written a Witness Statement?
When is your deadline for filing and serving your Witness Statement and evidence?1 -
Have you written a Witness Statement? - No
Court date is March, I'm not sure of any other deadlines.0 -
You need to write a Witness Statement and gather your evidence.Vjr7411 said:Have you written a Witness Statement? - No
Court date is March, I'm not sure of any other deadlines.Look again at your Notice of Allocation. The Notice that gives the hearing date.Is there not a paragraph something like:Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].Might be on the back. Those documents you intend to rely on are your Witness Statement and evidence. You need to file and serve a Costs Schedule at the same time too.0 -
Ive just found it, I have missed the deadline. Should I still submit?0
