3 network top up problem

Does anyone know if the 3top up system is down,

I have tried over the last 3 days and in various shops to buy a £25 top up voucher but no joy

I am now in Spain and running out of data

You can pay by card on their web page, no need for a voucher.

When y daughter was 3 I found the web page to top up was always down. No help to you sadly, but it is something they are aware of and need to fix

Thank you for the replies,yea I could top up online and register CC details and poss get hacked, I should have been a bit more specific,

I have been trying to buy a voucher to top up with but no joy

If you are in spain, you wont be able to buy a voucher. Credit or debit card top up only

So you never buy anything on line then?

Why would you expect to be able to buy a voucher for Three UK in Spain? :huh::huh::huh:

Unfortunately you are going to need to join the 21st century and do it online or wait until you return to the UK.

Very rarely,I try to support the high st

I dont expect to buy a voucher in Spain family can buy 1 in the UK(with cash) and text me the number


it would seem I am in the 21st century as exchanging messages here

I repeat all I am trying to find out if is there is a problem with 3 or if they have scrapped their £25 voucher

What happens when your family member goes to any regular outlet for mobile top up vouchers and they ask for one for Three?

Do you specifically need a £25 voucher, or would for example two tens and a five be ok..?
