Advice as per legal expert bargepole's input in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2 which takes you through every step of the way from LBC to the actual court hearing (if it gets to that stage).Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
