Its good to see you have kept the letters demanding money, you should keep any demands like that for at least 6 years.
You said its Britania, and failing to make valid payment, but in whos car park was this? the reason far asking that, is a landowner cancellation is often a good way to start in getting this seen off, or at least a landowner letter confirming they do not want this being pursued in courtFrom the Plain Language Commission:

Evening all, I’ve had multiple calls from BW Legal which I ignore and block and a recent email ? no idea how they got my email address! Today I received a “reply form”, this isn’t a letter of claim is it? Am I still to ignore their letters?0

A LBC includes a reply form but it also must include proof of their claim, proof of the amount claimed and give you 30 days to respond.
It's a thick pack with other forms you can ignore
You do understand that with the phone calls you can request they only contact you by post. If they ignore you, they are in breach of The Administration of Justice Act which means they then act illegally

What would be required for proof of claim? There is just a brief description (failed to make valid payment) (I did pay, I overrun) and estimated claim costs.0

Just a waste of time conversing with BW legal on receipt of any letter from since it's all highly automated and achieves nothing.
