Ignore their advice and comments. The CRAs aren't making any decisions here. Look at the DATA.

    What accounts show?
Are their any late payment markers?
    Minimum payments or more?
    Total limits?
    Financial associates?

    And so on.

    Repeat for all three.

For a £3.99 one month contract, i can't really be bothered, i will just go/try with another company. There is nothing wrong with my Credit, never has been.
Ignore their advice, ignore their numbers? Bit pointless really. no factors to improve. 984 out of 999

You're being told to ignore the numbers because many people (it would seem like you are one of them) think that when you apply for credit from somewhere, John at Anybank phones / emails / etc. up Experian and asks what the score is and uses that score to determine whether said person is successful in obtaining credit.

That's not how it works. Credit providers don't see the score. They see the data. That's why the scores are worthless.

You are an existing customer of ID mobile who has been declined for another £4 per-month SIM only contract,
You appear to have spent some considerable time this morning checking your credit score (and hopefully the files as well) but do not appear to have followed my suggestion in post 4 above that you call ID mobile to find out exactly what the problem is.
You have applied for something very easy to get and from what you have written above there is no obvious reason why you should not get it. Stop wasting your time with the credit scores and credit files and call ID mobile and ask why. My best guess is that there is a limit on how many of these £4 per-month SIM cards they will give to any one person

Worth pointing out that they probably won't get an answer beyond "you have failed our credit check". It's unlikely they'll get a "why".

Companies don't tend to divulge their lending criteria.

Exactly, I did call them, and told we don't know why you just failed. apparently you can have 2 sims per account, one that passes one that fails. real helpful

Then take your business elsewhere and get a SIM card for your son from another provider. Problem solved.

I got one from IDmobile and after that when I tried to get another from them, got told I failed.
Read somewhere on t'interweb that they don't like people getting multiple sims. As simple as that.

Must be the case, as my wife bought one today, then tried a second and got rejected too. Crazy policy, not exactly handy for a family.
