I just have a timer dial on mine at the moment. Can I change it to get WiFi?

Works fine in the house but doesn't connect to the internet or your mobile phone.0 -
Yeah, I thought they would have a module that would plug into the boiler replacing the timer. It appears they don't.
What do other people use with their Worcesters?0 -
The same as most people with any boiler.
You set the timer to be on all time and replace the room thermostat with a programmable thermostat(or more complex setup) that has Internet access.0 -
OK what room thermostat? I just have the turny things on the radiators.0

There are terminals inside the boiler which can be used to connect a room thermostat, external programmer or other controls.

Cheap and works great. I use one in a Greenstar 28i junior. If you want simple this is cheap, plugs into the front replacing the existing timer.. If you want more bells and whistles get a Hive or the likes.0 -
We have a Worcester Wave that was installed when we changed from oil to gas. We can use an app on our phones to connect to the Wave. It's very handy being able to pop the heating on remotely before we get home or to turn the temperature up when it's cold. From memory it cost about £200.Norn Iron Club Member 3300
